High Ropes Challenge Course
Originally built in 1992 and known as Eagles Nest, the ropes course was remodeled in 2000.
The ropes course, known as Hawk’s Haven, is a group of 13 obstacles or elements that are 15-35 feet above ground. Some of the elements include: Postman’s Walk, Hourglass, Mini Zip, Balance Beam, Tire Traverse, etc. Groups up to 15 can do teambuilding, personal growth, or just challenge themselves for three hours.
The High Ropes course is considered to be a “high risk” activity and all participants must sign a liability release waiver. This form can be downloaded here. Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign with them. All groups have a minimum of two (2) ropes course instructors lead all participants through safety and equipment use.
