Festival Camp

Festival Camps:

Geneva Hills has been working with the Lancaster Festival to bring you a unique opportunity incorporating the music and arts into our summer camp!  There will be two camps going on at once: one is our day camp where in addition to numerous activities and workshops here at the camp, we will also head downtown to participate in activities for the kids that are already a part of the Lancaster Festival.  The other camp is an overnight camp for 3rd through 5th graders and it will begin on Thursday morning and go through Saturday afternoon.  For both of these camps we hope to give the campers a new appreciation for the arts.

The day camp will follow our regular day camp schedule.  Campers will need to be dropped off at the Welcome Center at Geneva Hills between 8:30-9:00 am and will be picked up at the Welcome Center at 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

The overnight camp will begin at 9:00 am on Thursday the 26th and end at 1 in the afternoon on Saturday the 28th.  Pickup and drop off will be at the Welcome Center at Geneva Hills.

Featured this year: Natures Symphony -Acoustic Ecology, The science of sound with how sound travels in nature.  Workshops will include; Bird Songs, Boomwhackers, HandBells, and Dulcimers.
