Cancellation Policy: All cancellations require a $25 fee. If the cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior to your reservation, 50% of the cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card. Week of cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount. All reschedules must occur at the time of cancellation and $25 fee will still be applied.
All vehicles must be registered at the Welcome Center (office) at the time of check-in and obtain a parking permit. Permits are provided free of charge. Vehicles without permits are subject to tow at owner’s expense. Parking Permits are for Reserved Parking areas only. High foot traffic prohibits vehicles to be driven around property during stay.
All prices are subject to change at any time. Geneva Hills reserves the right to apply any fees that you may incur during your stay. (i.e. property damage, vandalism, staffing charges, etc.)
