Picnic Sites, Adirondacks, & Camping

Here at Geneva Hills, we have 6 picnic Areas, 6 designated camp sites, and 3 Adirondack areas. Firewood is not provided at these locations, but you can gather any down timber for fire use at these locations.

Picnic sites 1, 4, and 5 have a shelter with picnic tables, running water, shower access, electricity and lighting.

Picnic 2 is also used as the shelter house for the boating and ropes course area. Parking is limited and is frequently used by groups for adventure programming. There is no electricity or running water at picnic 2.

Picnic 3 and 6 have parking and limited electricity. There is no shelter, but there is a large flat area at each location.

The Adirondack areas consist of Pine Valley, Acorn Acres, and Poplar Grove. Each has a shelter and rustic housing which are all simple three sided shelters. Every location has its own outhouse, fire area for cooking, shelter with picnic tables, and running water. With the exception of Poplar Grove, there is no electricity at these locations.

Camp sites are open areas for setting up a tent or two.  Sites A,B,C,D,E, and F each  has a view of the lake, fire pit or ring, and access to a bathroom nearby. Camp site G is isolated in the woods near Picnic 1. Camp G is a wonderful place to get away from everyone else. No matter which site you choose, feel free to use any wood around you for your fire. The shower house is available for you located at the pool or welcome center, and is within walking distance.
